Postage

All orders are carefully wrapped and securely packaged in either a small or medium tracked satchel, depending on the size of your order.

Postage is charged at a flat rate of $10 (RRP $11.50) — updated as of August 2025. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number within 24 hours via email.

Please note: Mala & Coco accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package during transit. Once an item is lodged with Australia Post, it is out of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or exchanges are only considered for faulty or damaged goods, and approval is at Mala & Coco’s discretion.

As all our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain, or other natural attributes are to be expected and celebrated as part of their uniqueness.

If a refund or exchange is approved:

  • The item must be returned within 48 hours of receiving it

  • A valid tracking number must be provided

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon inspection and return of the item in its original condition
