Postage

All our items are carefully wrapped and securely packaged in either a small or medium tracked satchel, depending on the size of your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number within 24 hours.

Please note: Mala & Coco accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

At Mala & Coco, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind." Refunds or exchanges are only issued for faulty or damaged goods, subject to authorization at Mala & Coco's discretion.

Our products are handmade, and as such, there may be slight variations in color, shape, texture, grain, or other attributes.

If a refund or exchange is accepted:

• The item must be returned within 48 hours.
• A tracking number must be provided.
• Your refund or exchange will be processed upon inspection and return of the item.
