Every order is carefully wrapped and securely packaged before being sent in either a small or medium tracked Australia Post satchel, depending on the size of your order.

We offer flat rate tracked shipping for $10 Australia-wide. RRP $11.50 Small Satchel

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, usually within 24 hours.

While every parcel is lodged with Australia Post using a tracked service, please note that once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by Australia Post. Mala & Coco is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting Australia Post with your tracking number for assistance.
