Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or exchanges are only considered for faulty or damaged goods, and approval is at Mala & Coco’s discretion.

As all our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain, or other natural attributes are to be expected and celebrated as part of their uniqueness.

If a refund or exchange is approved:

• The item must be returned within 48 hours of receiving it

• A valid tracking number must be provided

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon inspection and return of the item in its original condition
